 Here are some important things you need to know about being in Year 1:

 

We have swimming on...Monday.

P.E. is on ..Tuesday and Friday.

We change our home reading books on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

  In Year 1 we are able to take school library books home,which we have

       chosen  ourselves. We visit the libraries on .Wednesday  so we can

       change our  books.

On Friday we have a spelling quiz and are given new spellings to learn

   for  the next week.

On Monday 17th September year 1 visited St. Peter's church to learn about baptism. We baptised a doll and children were chosen to be the parents and Godparents. Do you remember what the baby doll was called?
